Natalie & Justin’s Perfect winter Engagement Session!
I cannot get over this snowy winter engagement photo session! The weather is so unpredictable here in Western New York, but sometimes you just get lucky and it looks like a pretty snow globe. The snowflakes were falling perfectly, creating a calming quietness for their engagement session on Justin’s grandmother’s property, where his mother took their own wedding photos years before them.
It reminded me of the ice rink my dad put up every winter for my brothers and I growing up. The quiet blanket of snow took me right back. Until one of my brothers would slash the other one with a hockey stick, and a full out brawl would start haha. This session made me appreciate those winter memories again.
These two love taking their pup, Iris, on hikes here through the woods. We explored a bit into the trees and took it all in. Luckily, Justin’s uncle had kindly plowed some paths for us! Such a life saver because the snow was falling pretty fast. Even though these two are more into summertime sun like myself, I think winter looks pretty good on them. If you are dreaming of winter engagement photos, I am officially here for it!
