Andrea & Greg’s sunny winter engagement session.

Chestnut Ridge Park is the absolute perfect location for a winter engagement session. They have been single handedly getting me through these long winter months here in Buffalo, NY. Once and awhile the sun will come out and make the snow sparkle! It makes me actually appreciate winter! This morning we lucked out at Chestnut Ridge Park as the sun made an appearance and kept our fingers from freezing off.

Andrea and Greg had their first date at The Grange, in Hamburg, NY. If you have not eaten there yet, you are missing out my friend- the food and the bloody marys are bomb! It only made sense to start off the session a few blocks away at Chestnut Ridge and then scoot over to The Grange for some photos out front. I will say I was very impressed with Andrea’s car changing skills on the way over as I followed them haha!

These two have an absolute blast together. From the very beginning of our session, my cheeks were hurting from laughing along with them. We put on some Chris Stapleton (Greg’s fav lol) and started off with some Bigfoot posing and dancing to warm up! Then we hiked in the snow to the little dock by the lake further into the park, a place that these two frequently like to hang out. Even though it was only 9 in the morning, I fully supported popping some champagne for breakfast! Hey, it helped keep everyone warm lol.
