You guys. I don’t think you’re ready for this one. Roadkill Reno and I teamed up for an edgy desert styled shoot near Joshua Tree in Southern California. And no pun intended, but these photos are to die for. I’m actually at a loss for words because this shoot was so much fun.
Roadkill Reno is a taxidermy artist based out of the Mojave desert. But not only that, they make alternative, funky jewelry. We had so much fun being creative in the Joshua Tree desert. When we first met up together, we explored the World Famous Crochet Museum in the town of Joshua Tree. It was such a unique experience full of so many incredible creations from talented artists. And as if that wasn’t enough, we then got to capture some boho-inspired bridal portraits. I love when I get the opportunity to create some really edgy, vibey art. With the help of the amazing Long Beach Flowers, we were able to create some really beautiful boho bridal inspiration.
It was such an incredible time working with Roadkill Reno and I am so thankful for where my job takes me. If you’re ready to create something magical in the desert (or anywhere), I’d love to connect. As always, let’s be friends on Instagram (@michellegodfreyphoto). Alright, folks… enjoy this edgy desert styled shoot.
